What do I need to start developing a website?
You need a name, which you will use to register your .com or any other domain, a hosting server to host your website, all materials like photos, text, and logo, and finally, the payment of 50% of the estimated amount. These are the things necessary to start working with us, and if you're missing any, we can help you!
Do you register my domain?
To ensure the performance and security of your project, we recommend hosting it on our servers. We have servers in America, Europe, and Asia, which are exclusively for our clients.
What if I don’t have all the materials to start developing my website?
If you don’t have images, we can use stock photos until you have your own. We can also help with text using AI-based writing. But we always recommend working with our ouwn content creators that will guide you to the best results.
How many revisions or changes can I make to my website?
During development, you can request as many revisions as needed. If a modification is complex or time-consuming, it may require a separate estimate. After the site is live, minor changes can be made within the first month. If more extensive changes are needed, a monthly maintenance plan can be arranged.
Will my website require maintenance?
It depends on the project. Institutional websites generally require little maintenance if hosted on our servers. For online stores, you might hire a shop manager to handle orders and product listings, or we can provide a quote. Platforms have optional maintenance based on the project. Our recommendation is always purchasing a maintenance plan with us, headache free.
Can I manage my website once it’s live?
Absolutely! We provide a private video tutorial that you can refer to anytime to see how to manage each section of your site.
Do I have to pay monthly for my website to keep it running?
No, unless you have an ongoing maintenance agreement with us. Your website can run smoothly with only annual payments for the domain and hosting server.
